Prenatal Fitness

As a fitness professional, I know how important feeling well during pregnancy is! With all the mental and physical changes your body encounters, your fitness/movement can require transitions and adaptations. You’ll learn exercise sequences that help with alignment and optimal pelvic positioning for birth.

Postnatal Healing

The goal of early postnatal wellness is recovery. I love helping women feel rejuvinated through movement practices that aid with postpartum healing. Engaging in gentle movement can also regulate your mental state postpartum.

Somatic Bodywork

Bodywork supports flow in the body while releasing stress and holding patterns created by improper alignment, trauma or other ailments (chronic or accute).

Prenatal bodywork can help relieve mental and physical stress. As your baby grows, your alignment changes, oftentimes putting stress on your joints. Increased mental relaxation, found from bodywork, can aid in decision making and help set birth intentions.

Postnatal bodywork can invite your body to heal, release stuck-stress/holding patterns, help with postpartum baby-blues, and allow the body to integrate in your transition to motherhood or adding another child to your family!

How to Schedule

I currently teach one-on-one sessions and will come to your home. Currently serving individuals in the western suburbs of Chicago (Sugar Grove, Aurora, Elburn, Batavia, Geneva and nearby areas).

Fitness and Somatic sessions are 60 minutes in length, $65. Discounts offered for multiple sessions.
